The steady flow of news, the passionate discussions, and the unknowns ahead can stir up a lot within us. And you know what? That’s completely valid. It’s natural to feel unsettled during times of change and transition, especially when the future feels so uncertain.

For me, I notice a mix of emotions rising up, from hope to worry and everything in between.
