I integrate various therapeutic techniques, considering your developmental history and upbringing, including attachment patterns and family-of-origin dynamics. I personalize sessions to your unique needs, drawing from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and more.
